(1) Call Soundskin at
888-98-SOUND. Soundskin will first attempt service over the phone. If unable to service over the phone, the Smartpeel™ owner can choose to ship
the system to the Soundskin Repair Center for an estimate of service.
(2) There is a standard $250.00 labor charge for estimate and/or service.
(3) Soundskin will evaluate
the Smartpeel™ system and then phone or fax an estimate of parts charges to the Smartpeel™ owner.
(4) With the owner's
permission, Soundskin will then service the system.
If the owner decides to not have the system serviced, Soundskin will ship back the system, with the owner responsible for shipping charges.
(5) Soundskin will contact
the owner when the system is serviced. The owner then decides the method of shipment.
(6) After shipping decision is made, the total amount due will be given.
(7) This amount is to be paid before shipping.
(8) Soundskin accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.
(9) All repairs have a sixty day warranty from the date of service.
(10) Soundskin does not have loaner systems, but does offer 48 hour service.
We are the exclusive
factory authorized service center for the Smartpeel™ system. We guarantee all of our parts are produced exclusively for the Smartpeel™. Our
technicians are factory trained.
